Hummus
Introduction: Hummus is a middle eastern spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. Today it is popular not only in the Middle East, but all over the world. It is very easy to make, especially if you use the canned chickpeas. I like to boil my own so I have it all from fresh ingredients. .
