- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cut in cubes
- 1 cup of coconut milk (canned)
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges and mint leaves.
- Put in glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
