Sesame Braided Bread
Introduction: This is a wonderful bread, so good, fluffy and soft it will disappear instantly.

Ingredients
- 1¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tbsp of sugar
- 2½ tsp bread machine yeast
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tbsp gluten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place de water, oil, sugar, yeast, flour, gluten, salt into the bread machine pan, in the indicated order
- Start the bread machine on dough cycle
- When finished, remove the dough from the pan
- Place the dough onto an oiled working surface and separate it in four equal balls
- Flatten each ball with a roller pin, roll the flattened dough into a strand
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls

- After the bread has been braided, brush it with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Cover with a clean towel and let it rise at the room temperature for an hour or until doubled in volume
- Bake into the preheated oven at 400 F for 30-40 minutes
