SAM (Strawberry Apricot Mango) Smoothie
Introduction: When thirsty and hot, a cold refreshing smoothie is always the perfect choice.

  • 3 mangoes, sliced
  • 3 apricots, halved
  • ½ cup strawberries, hulled
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process. Garnish with fresh strawberries mint leaves. Pour in glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

  • I’m quite into smoothies right now. But a lot of recipes include banana which I’m not to keen on. Thanks for sharing this though – I’ll be giving this a try.
