  • ⅓ lb of smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • crackers
  1. Put all of the ingredients (except lemon juice and pepper) in a food processor
  2. Add pepper and lemon juice to taste
  3. Put the mousse on crackers or toasted bread. Enjoy!
