Introduction: Potatoes yield a lot of health benefits if you cook them the right way. I have recently read about raw potato juice health benefits and I was amazed. I always cook my potatoes fresh, never buy them cut and frozen. Every time I pass a fast food and smell the cooking grease I feel so proud I cook my own fries from scratch!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of small red potatoes
- 2 tbsps of rosemary
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese salt and pepper to your taste
Directions:
- Rinse the potatoes, cut them in halves, place them on a baking sheet
- Rub them with the added oil, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 375 until golden brown
- Remove from oven, sprinkle promptly with cheese
- Serve hot as a side dish or just by themselves accompanied by a garden salad
Ready in: 40 minutes
