Kiwi Smoothie

Introduction: Kiwis supply vitamin C to protect your health, potassium for a healthy heart, and fiber for a healthy stomach and digestive system. These tart fruits pair well with many other fruits and will make a healthy addition to your favorite smoothies. Read more: Live Strong.


  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2  cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or sugar, to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup of ice


  1. Peel and slice kiwi
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix well. Slurp immediately!

Ready in: 5 minutes

Yields: 1 serving
