  • 1 can of whole wheat, grains
  • ½ can of milk
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • ¼ can of blueberries
  • walnuts
  1. Vigorously boil the wheat for about 45 minutes, until tender, drain
  2. Chop the strawberries in small pieces
  3. Put the wheat, strawberries, walnuts, blueberries in a bowl, mix well
  4. Add cold or warm milk, honey, serve. Enjoy!
