Total time:
  • 12 tomatoes, walnut size preferably
  • 2 cups of feta cheese, shredded
  • 3 tbsps of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill, finelly chopped
  • pepper to taste
  1. Slice the top of each tomato but leave it attached to the tomato, we will use it as a "lid" later. Run a teaspoon around the tomato core. Be careful not to cut through the bottom. Gently pull out the core and use the teaspoon to clean out any excess left inside. Set the cored tomatoes with the top down on a paper towel to drain off any excess of liquid.
  2. In a bowl mix the cheese, sour cream, dill, pepper, mix well
  3. With a teaspoon stuff the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and set on a serving plate. Enjoy!
