Introduction: A full blast of vitamins, fast and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • one banana, peeled and sliced
  • one lime, peeled and sleeved
  • one tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
  2. Pour in glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
