Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie

Introduction: If you love fruit as I do, smoothies are the perfect refreshment, not to mention the load of vitamins they add into your diet.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of cantaloupe cubes
  • 1 cup of hulled strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process. Garnish with fresh strawberries, cantaloupe wedges and mint leaves.
  2. Put in glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
