Salmon Mousse

- ⅓ lb of smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- lemon juice
- pepper
- crackers
- Put all of the ingredients (except lemon juice and pepper) in a food processor
- Add pepper and lemon juice to taste
- Put the mousse on crackers or toasted bread. Enjoy!
