Chicken Noodle Soup
Introduction: This is the soup that would make you feel better nourished when you have a head cold or... a hangover. It is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast
- 1 large onion, chopped in cubes
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 cup of noodles
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot of add 8 cups of water, bring to a boil
- Add the chicken breast cut in cubes and skim off the foam until the liquid runs clear, boil for about 20 minutes
- Add the noodles, onions cut in large cubes and the carrot cut in slices, boil for another 20 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
