Chicken Noodle Soup
Introduction: This is the soup that would make you feel better nourished when you have a head cold or... a hangover. It is quick and easy to make.

  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 1 large onion, chopped in cubes
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup of noodles
  • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large pot of add 8 cups of water, bring to a boil
  2. Add the chicken breast cut in cubes and skim off the foam until the liquid runs clear, boil for about 20 minutes
  3. Add the noodles, onions cut in large cubes and the carrot cut in slices, boil for another 20 minutes
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
