Caesar Salad Dressing
According to Wikipedia, the Caesar salad's creation is generally attributed to restaurateur Caesar Cardini, an Italian immigrant who operated restaurants in Mexico and the United States. Without a doubt, my daughter Delia is a gourmand and today she just surprised me by preparing one of her favorite salad dressings, Caesar salad dressing.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup of Parmesean cheese
  • 1 tbsp of milk or half and half
  1. Mix all of the ingredients until blended. Use on salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables like carrots, celery, green peppers, etc.
