Apple Carrot Celery Salad
Fresh vegetables are very well known for their healthy contribution to our diet. Here is a quick,easy and healthy combination of fresh grated vegetables packed with vitamins.

Ingredients
- one large celery root (1 cup of grated celery)
- two carrots (1 cup of grated carrots)
- two apples (1 cup of grated apple)
- ½ cup of resins
- the juice from a lemon
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Grate the celery, carrots, apples
- Put them in a large bowl, add the raisins, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and enjoy!
